What happens to my data after the free trial?
Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry. You can export everything as CSV before or after the trial ends. We never delete data without notice.
Is GST invoicing available?
Yes. All paid plans include GST-compliant invoices (GSTIN: 09GYZPS5215N1Z5). We are registered in Uttar Pradesh.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, NEFT/RTGS, bank transfer, and cheque. We do not require a credit card for any plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
How is the student count calculated?
By the number of active student records in your account at billing time. Archived students do not count.
